Refund & Cancellation Policy

Curlys Music Academy strives to deliver high-quality music education. Please review our Refund & Fee Policy: 1. Free Trial Sessions: • All demo trial classes are complimentary and incur no charges or payment obligations. 2. Course Enrollment Fees: • Course fees are payable in advance prior to batch commencement. • Refund requests submitted prior to batch orientation or within 7 days of course start will be reviewed on a pro-rata basis minus administrative setup charges. • Once a batch is officially confirmed and regular sessions have commenced beyond the initial review period, fees are non-refundable but may be converted to credit or transferred to another available course/batch upon management approval.
